Returning Online Orders
We offer a 30-day return policy for online orders. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate your return, click here to complete the process online. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Returning Online Orders to a Store
You can return your online purchase to one of our stores for a refund or exchange. Simply bring the item and:
- No need to bring your card or payment method.
- You’ll receive an email or text notification once the refund is processed.
- The payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
Important: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish law. If your goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store may be returned for an exchange or store credit. Refunds are not available for in-store purchases.
For defective or faulty items:
- Your statutory rights entitle you to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Refund Timelines
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
EU Cooling-Off Period & International Orders
EU Cooling-Off Period: For online purchases shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To exercise your cooling-off rights, follow our return process or contact us for assistance.
International Orders: For customers outside Ireland:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including customs duties or taxes.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and clearly marking the return as “Returned Goods” on customs documentation. Contact us for assistance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return postage. To proceed:
- Email with your order details, photos of the fault, and a description of the issue.
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions once your claim is approved.
Coverage:
- Leavys Shoes covers damages or defects for the first 3 months.
- Manufacturer warranties may apply for up to 6 months. Contact us for assistance with these claims.
After inspection, we’ll resolve the issue with one of the following:
- Repair of the item
- Replacement of the item (if stock is available)
- Refund to your original payment method
- Store credit for future purchases
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following:
- Gift cards
